Ronald S. Lauder is stepping down and retiring from his place on the corporate’s board of administrators efficient instantly, Estée Lauder Corporations introduced in an announcement.
Lauder, who has the precise to nominate two administrators to the corporate’s board, has chosen his daughter Jane Lauder (who’s presently on the board) and his son-in-law Eric Zinterhofer, as nominees. The corporate’s board elected Zinterhofer following Lauder’s retirement. Lauder will retain his place as chairman of Clinique.
Lauder, who’s the son of the cosmetics firm’s founder Estée Lauder, joined the enterprise in 1964 and has served on its board for over 45 years, having first joined the board in 1968.
