Tom Holland, most known for his role in Marvel’s Spider-Man, was spotted with one of Rolex’s most exclusive timepieces at the 2025 Wimbledon.

Professional Watches can confirm that Holland has previously been seen wearing a white dial steel Rolex “Panda” Daytona, a steel Rolex “Starbucks” Submariner, a steel Rolex “Batman” GMT-Master II, a Cartier Santos, a Cartier Tank, and a Patek Philippe Aquanaut.

It’s safe to assume that Holland likes the best models from the best brands. And based on what appears to be a cabochon crown, a signature of a Cartier, under his sleeve, in this photo dated back to 2017, alongside Robert Downey Jr., who was wearing an Urwerk, we can ascertain he’s been familiar with luxury wristwatches for a long time, which is not surprising for an A-list actor.

Introduced in 2023, the 60th Anniversary Platinum Rolex Daytona (Ref. 126506) comes with an ice-blue dial and chestnut brown ceramic bezel, both with a non-diamond dial (Ref. 126506-0001) for $79,300, and with a diamond dial (Ref. 126506-0002) for $85,650.

Rolex first debuted the 50th Anniversary Platinum Rolex Daytona (Ref. 116506) at Baselworld in 2013, and it stayed in the catalog until 2023, when the (Ref. 126506) replaced it. In 2023, the current generation Platinum Daytona model received a slightly larger case (about half a millimeter larger, 40 mm vs 40.5 mm), plus it’s powered by the newer caliber 4131 movement (the older model is powered by the caliber 4130), additionally movement is visible through a clear caseback with the new model (versus a solid caseback for the old model), and finally the dial has been revised, and the brown counter surrounds are thinner.

It’s not 100% clear that Holland is wearing the Ref. 126506-0002 with diamond indices. And depending on the source, it’s been reported that he’s wearing the 116506, the 126506-0001, or the 126506-0002. All are nicknamed “Plutona,” and from far away, they all appear to look about the same.

Based on an AI-enhanced version of the photo (above), it does appear he’s seen rocking what appears to be the 60th Anniversary Platinum Daytona (Ref. 126506-0002) with a factory diamond-set dial at the 2025 Wimbledon. If our assumptions are correct, this might be the most indicative timepiece he’s worn to date, which says “I’m a watch guy” without saying a word.
