The makers have shared the first trailer and poster for Emma Mackey starrer Ella McCay. It is written and directed by Academy Award winner, Emmy Award winner, and Disney legend James L. Brooks. In Ella McCay, an idealistic young woman skilfully tries to juggle her family and work life in a comedy. The trailer is full of hilarious moments and shows an adorable relationship with Emma and Jamie Lee Curtis’ characters.
Then Ella, played by Emma, begins speaking to her aunt Helen, played by Jamie Lee Curtis. The two discuss about Ella’s estranged father, played by Woody Harrelson, who comes back in her life. “I’m a different person now. I met an incredible woman. I’ve never in my life felt this way about any other woman,” Harrelson’s character says.
The clips also show Ella becoming the governor of the place she was born in. However, things eventually prove to be upside down and Helen’s suggests Ella to let out a good scream. Fans have been excited for the movie to release after watching the trailer. While many called the scenes hilarious, others cannot wait to watch Emma Mackey, Jamie Lee Curtis and Woody Harrelson in one movie.
