MAC Cosmetics has crammed its vacant world artistic director position with the mastermind behind Girl Gaga’s iconic “meat costume.”

On Wednesday, dad or mum firm The Estée Lauder Firms introduced that Nicola Formichetti will take over the place from Could 19. He replaces Drew Elliott, who left the model in February after 5 years.

Formichetti joins MAC Cosmetics after a profession of style design, styling and editorial work that has spanned roles together with inventive director at Diesel and Mugler, in addition to artistic work with Girl Gaga’s Haus of Gaga.
