From meticulously planned outfits to debloating tips, Siff has her travel routine down to a science.
And as the founder of Arrae, she knows how to keep the in-flight puff away. Let’s get into how she does it.
SIFF’S VACATION ROUTINE
How do you spend your time on a flight. What wellness essentials are in your purse or carry-on?
Siff Haider: I have my in-flight routine down to a science. I take 3 of our Bloat capsules either at the beginning of my flight when I sit down to ensure I have no travel bloating. I also carry Clear Protein+ with me so I’m well hydrated. I never board a plane without a good lip balm (I love Summer Fridays and Maed), and my Kindle.
If I’m on an overnight flight, I usually have 2 Arrae Sleep capsules, 3 of our Magnesium capsules and 0.5mg melatonin so I can wake up fresh in a new time zone. And I also use an overnight collagen mask and the TSC Mint Roller right before I land.
What’s the first thing you’re doing when you check into your hotel?
SH: I usually try to land in the morning/afternoon because if I arrive somewhere in the evening, I’m too excited to fall asleep right away. So usually after landing, I check into my hotel, take a body shower, wash my face, change into my outfit for the day (which is meticulously planned in advance), and go downstairs to grab an Americano. I also unpack right when I arrive – I’m just not someone who can live out of a suitcase. Afterwards, I go out for a walk without sunglasses because that helps my circadian rhythm adjust to the new time zone.
What’s your summer ‘low effort, high vibe’ glam secret — like something you do before a beach day or dinner that makes you feel like a 10/10 without doing the most?
SH: I psychotically plan my exact outfits for each part of my itinerary way in advance so that when I get to my destination, I’m able to look my best without needing time to think. I take 15 minutes to get ready while I’m on vacation because I know exactly what I’m wearing. My beauty routine is also fairly minimal while I travel – sunscreen, bronzer, a dewy blush, brow gel, concealer under my eyes and a lip. I love letting my skin breathe in the summer months.

Walk us through your wind down routine. What are some of your favorite practices to get “hotter in your sleep” & evening rituals you can’t live without?
SH: I won’t go to bed without taking my supplements — it’s a non-negotiable. Our Sleep and Magnesium capsules ensure that I get the highest quality sleep possible which is important because I want to be efficient. I also sleep with a silk eye mask because that also helps with quality of sleep. While traveling, I tend to get a little more inflamed, so I also like to use my TSC Mint Roller before going to bed while reading my kindle.
What are your favorite TSC products and why?
SH: I love the Mint Roller because it’s so mini and cute and portable. I also love that it’s dual sided. The ice roller is the OG and I like to use it at home to wake up my face or over a face mask in the morning.
