Kinds of Vrddhi –
There are eight kinds of Vrddhi. They’re
- Vataja – brought on by vata aggravation
- Pittaja – brought on by pitta aggravation
- Kaphaja – brought on by kapha aggravation
- Raktaja / Sonitaja – brought on by aggravation of blood
- Medoja – brought on by vitiated fats tissue
- Mutraja – brought on by urine
