At Watches and Wonders 2024, TAG Heuer debuted a brand new panda-style iteration of its Carrera Glassbox.

The chrome steel Carrera Glassbox chronograph from TAG Heuer underscores the corporate’s effort to ship timepieces which can be timeless — versus the merry-go-round of designs we noticed in the course of the earlier period.

As cliche as it would sound, TAG Heuer needs to be (and seems to be) constructing core watch fashions that individuals keep in mind (Carrera and Aquaracer specifically), to rival or at the very least compete alongside the likes of revered fashions such because the Submariner, Speedmaster, Seamaster, GMT-Grasp II, and Daytona.

From the 39 mm x 13.86 mm chrome steel case, with the bezel-less “Glassbox” design, to the 7753SN-inspired aesthetics and the superb 80-hour caliber TH20-00 computerized column wheel and vertical clutch motion — it is a watch price consideration.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Glassbox “Panda” (Ref. CBS2216.BA0041) is delivered on a three-row built-in chrome steel bracelet, is water resistant to 100 meters, and retails for $6,650.
