First created as a novel piece for the 2023 Solely Watch public sale, Urwerk now plans to promote a restricted variety of Nixie flooring clocks.

Standing over 5 toes tall, and weighing simply over 88 kilos, the Urwerk House-Time Blade isn’t any strange Nixie clock.

Utilizing eight vertically positioned, handmade Nixie bulbs, Urwerk has developed a clock that may show six completely different indications, relying on the mode you set it to. The creation was made in collaboration with Dalibor Farny, who specialised in crafting Nixie tube lamps that, like Urwerk watches, turn into useful items of artwork.

The Nixie clock may be set to 6 completely different modes:

The Nixie bulbs are protected by a glass tube that sits on a wax-cased bronze pedestal, that fittingly (most of Urwerk’s designs look space-themed or from Star Wars) appears loads like a Stars Battle lightsaber.
